KLOPPER, Henning Johannes. (1895-1985) Cultural activist and promotor of Afrikanerdom. First chairman of Spoorbond an Afrikaans Railwaymen's Union and a precursor to the influential cultural body, the [[Afrikaanse Taal en Kultuurvereniging]], which he also founded in the SA Railways to promote the Afrikaans language and cultural aspirations.
