Adapted for television and directed by Johan de Kock for the SABC Afrikaans channel, it was broadcast on Monday 20 September. The cast featured Georg Ballot as "Willi", Babs Laker as "Bertha", Annelisa Weiland as "Retha", with Lieb Bester and Carel Trichardt as two enemy soldiers.

1975: Presented in September by Libertas Teaterklub, Stellenbosch, directed by Maureen de Kock, with Esté Heydenrych, Space van Heerden, Johan Burger, Dorothea van Schalkwyk and Hans Hugo.
