John Gutierrez is an award-winning writer, director and producer.

Biography
Born in California, he has lived and worked in New York, London and Cape Town. He started out as a film editor in the USA, then also became a writer and director of documentary and feature films

His debut film as writer/director, Sons of the Sea, was filmed in Cape Town.
