The original text
A radio drama about the great and undying romance of Nadezhda Filaretovna and composer Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky.
First broadcast on 14 January, 1940, on the programme Arch Oboler’s Plays, directed by Roger Pryor, with Arch Oboler and Bette Davis.

Translated into Afrikaans for the SABC as Die Verlangende Hart by an unnamed author.
