South African People's Plays is a collection of radical South African plays selected and introduced by Robert Kavanagh.

The volume
Bearing the tsotsitaal subtitle "Ons Phola Hi" ("we play here"), it is a collection of plays selected and introduced by Robert Kavanagh.
Published in London by Heinemann, 1981 (ISBN 9780435902247), the volume was banned for many years in South Africa.
