Mynie Grové () is a singer-songwriter, music producer and actress.

Biography
She grew up on the farm Avondson near Worcester in the Western Cape going on to study graphic design and music after school. She gave it up after being discovered by German producer Claude Larson. When Claude Larson moved to Cape Town, Mynie became a founder member of the Claude Larson Singers[], which developed into a duo called Mynie & Jan and she later went solo to work with EMI-Brigadiers. Then came a signing with Moonshine Records, her own music publishing company Mailbox Music and her own label, Vusa Records. She currently trades as Amagroove Music.
Contribution to SA theatre, film, media and/or performance
Even though music was always going to be her main calling, she also acted in or made appearances in movies and television series on occasion.
She composed music for the films 'n Pot Vol Winter (1992),
She appeared in a number of TV programmes, including as a judge on the Afrikaans Idols (2006)[1]
She appeared as performer in the Afrikaans films such as Eendag op 'n Reëndag (1975), Kiepie & Kandas (1981), Blink Stefaans (1981),
For TV she appeared in the series Herberg (1983), the TV movie Skoppensboer (1984),
