Performance history in South Africa
1960: Staged by the newly formed Libertas Theatre Club (Libertas Teaterklub) in the Denneoord Saal, Stellenbosch, in September 1960. Directed by Jane Turner, with Mary Brooke, Jennifer Ellis, Jill Gould, Max Elstein, Johanna Friederici, Jean Krige, Klaus von Lieres, Bobby Ohlson and Cecile Elstein, it was one of three one-act plays performed that evening for the inauguration of the club. (The other plays were Die Vreemde Besoeker and Onderdrukte Begeertes.)
