Hiddingh Hall is a building belonging to the University of Cape Town.

In 1929 the Cape Town Repertory Theatre Society presented a one-act play comptetition there, Performances included a production of the winning play, O.H.M.S. by William James Makin. Also used by the Garrick Club in the 1930s. ***
In 19** the Buildlng became part of the Hiddigh Campus of the University of Cape Town, where the art and drama departments are housed. The hall-building became The Hiddingh Hall Library, a branch of UCT Libraries, and the Department of Fine Art, the Historical Studies Department, and the Department of Drama.
Various rooms, including the main hall, have been utilised by the Drama Department as a performance space over the years.
