The Dresser by Ronald Harwood. A play about a young dresser and and old actor/manager. First produced in England in 19*, its first production in South Africa was by Leonard Schach at the Baxter Theatre in November 1980 (with Michael Atkinson, Michael McCabe, Shelagh Holliday, Paddy Canavan, Lynne Maree and Simon Swindell. Moved to the Market Theatre in February 1982 and later to Israel. [Tucker]
