Agterplaas is an Afrikaans South African drama with text and direction by Charles Fourie, telling the story of a poor Afrikaans family struggling to keep its head above water.

Performance history in South Africa

2012: Staged at the US Woordfees, Stellenbosch, as a US Woordfees and Absa KKNK co-production presented by the Kaap Teater-ensemble, with text and direction by Charles Fourie, in the PJ Olivier Kunssentrum, on 5 and 6 March, on the Sanlam Dramafees programme. The cast was Deon Lotz, Deidré Wolhuter and Esther von Waltsleben. Age restriction: no under-14s.
