Dangerous Corner by J.B. Priestley. An ingenious murder mystery?*, written in 1931. Produced in South Africa by the Johannesburg REPS under contract to African Consolidated Theatres in 1932. The production was mounted in His Majesty’s Theatre, and although only £12 was earned, the production was seen as an important recognition of the quality of work done by the amateur society. Produced by NTO in 1956.
