Biography
He is the son of the Afrikaans writer Riana Scheepers.
He was educated at Paul Roos Gymnasium in Stellenbosch and then studied at the University of Stellenbosch Drama Department in the 2000s, completing a B.A. Honours degree in Drama, specializing in playwriting and directing.
Contribution to SA theatre, film, media and/or performance
Theatre work
While at University he wrote a short play called Is Boos! (subtitled Meyer Versus) as an exercise for the creative writing module. In the same period he also wrote the text for and directed Prinsloo Versus, for which he was awarded the Jong Kanna for best performance in student theatre at the KKNK, 2004.
