Die Boer (lit "The farmer") is a restaurant-theatre in Durbanville, Cape Town.
Conceived and founded by actress and director Margit Meyer-Rödenbeck and her husband the broadcasting engineer Jurg Human in 2004, opening on 20 April of 2005. Artistic decisions and the choice of artists is the responsibiltu of the founders, while Elsa Smit was appointed the manager of the restaurant in June 2005, with Daniël Heyns as the chef.
The venue is situated at 6 Chenoweth Street, Durbanville.
