The E.M. Bennett who is credited with “music selection” for the feature films Die Wildsboudjie and Die Skerpioen (both 1946) is Eileen Mary Bennett, the sister of director Arthur Bennett and the wife of producer C. Francis Coley. Before her marriage to Coley in 1925, she studied music in England.
