Miss Libby (fl. 1860s) was an amateur performer and a "family member of one of the soldiers" of the 99th Regiment.
Contribution to SA theatre, film, media and/or performance
While the regiment was stationed in Cape Town in the years 1868-1869, she apparently helped out in female roles for the Lanarkshire Dramatic Club.
