Die Familie Zaak ("The case about the family") is a full-length Afrikaans comedy by C.J. Langenhoven.

The title was later adapted to modern Afrikaans spelling as Die Familiesaak.

The original text

A reworking of the author's own short farce Die Trouwbelofte (1907) it tells of a court case dealing with wedding vows, watering rights, breeding birds, lawyers, etc.

First published by J&H Pocock in Oudtshoorn 1911.
