Steve appeared in various stage productions, including Die Soen, the title role in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat and as Don in Summer Holiday in 1998.
His screen career boasts several leading roles, e.g. in No Hero and television apprearances in Agter Elke Man and Egoli.
Awards, etc
He has been the recipient of four consecutive Kies Jou Ster awards as Most Popular Actor and Singer.
