A Friend Indeed is a play by British politician and playwright William Douglas-Home, (1912-1992) [1]]. He is the brother of British politician Sir Alec Douglas-Home.
Academy Theatre brought out English actor David Tomlinson to direct the play, 1973, starring Gaenor Becker, Ann Courtneidge, Janet du Plessis, Melody O'Brian.
