P. Auret (17**-18**) was an amateur performer and theatre agent in Cape Town during the 1820s and 1830s.
Auret was a member of Tot Nut en Vermaak in the 1820s, on occasion holding the subscription lists for performances at 21 Plein Street. In the 1830s he became a member of C.E. Boniface's society, Honi Soit qui Mal y Pense.
