Mrs Brough (17?-18?) was a professional actress who, with three other visiting professionals from the Theatre Royal, Liverpool - Mr Cooke, Mrs Cooke and Miss Williams - performed in semi-professional plays with the Gentlemen Amateurs) during the 1818 season at the Cape.

On the 7th November the company held a benefit performance for Mrs Brough , doing The Will and Two Strings to your Bow. The English performers and Mrs Brough left the Cape left the Cape for the East after their final performance on 21 November 1818.
