He published a number of prose works, including Beroemde Liefdesterhale (1945)1954 Onder Vreemde Sterre ("Under strange/foreign stars", a book on European travels) Author of volumes of poetry entitled Van mens tot mens (1941) and Bloedrivier is wreed (1956), as well as a collection of short stories entitled Beroemde liefdesverhale (1945).
