The Anniversary is a black comedy written by British dramatist and screenwriter Bill MacIlwraith (1928- ) [1]. The action is set during the annual celebration held to remember Mum and Dad’s wedding day.
It was first staged in 1966 and made into a film starring Bette Davis as Mum, in 1968.
