(19**-19**) Actor and manager. He started on stage with an apprenticeship with the Heunis-Rood Geselskap in 1935-6, using his real name of Bennie de la Rey. In 1936 he assumed the stage name of Leon Bordeaux and founded his own company under the name Die Leon Bordeaux Geselskap in 1936, to tour with Druppels van Edik en Gal .
