Mr Herbert (18**-18**) was a semi-professional actor active in Cape Town in the 1840s.
A member of the semi-professional company of W.F.H. Parker in Cape Town which performed The King's Command and Damp Beds in the Drury Lane Theatre on 20 August, 1847.
