Any Wednesday [1] is a play by Muriel Resnik.
The original play
A light and popular comedy which opened in the Music Box Theatre, New York, in 1964, with Sandy Dennis, Don Porter and Gene Hackman. Made into a successful film in 1966, with Jane Fonda.
1973: The first South African production was by Brian Brooke with Helen Cotterill, Victor Melleney and Vivienne Drummond for the Brooke at the Brooke Theatre 14 March to 12 May 1973.
