Biography
Her late husband was Professor Smith of the Department of Botany, University of Stellenbosch.
She now lives in Somerset West (2016).

She had roles in Die Narrekap (circa 1948), The House of Bernarda Alba as Bernarda in 1962, Juffrou Edelwater (1962), Die Jakkalsstreke van Scapino (1963), Agt Vroue (1963), Die Dame met die Kamelias, Die Boesman Venus (1964), Die Lewe wat ek jou Gegee het, Moenie Praat Nie, Die Koningin en die Rebelle (1967), Voëlvry (1967), Yerma (1967).
She directed Die Vreemde Besoeker for the Libertas Teaterklub in 1960.
