The original text

The trilogy of short one-act monologues consists of On the Blue Train – Constantia Gable, On the Blue Train – Joe Harris, and On the Blue Train – Kathy).

First published in the collection Seven Plays and Four Monologues (Aron, 1985).

Performance history in South Africa

Performed as a trilogy at the Artscape Theatre Centre Cape Town and the Grahamstown Festival in 198*.

Later also performed by Arkansas Rep in the USA.
