Performance history in South Africa
2000: First staged at the Grahamstown Festival 2000, directed by Dawn Lindberg, choreographed by Adéle Blank and Natalie Fischer, with Dawn Lindberg, Brendan Pollock and Olga Nikitidis. Musical direction by Dave Pollecutt.
2001: The same production was staged in the Baxter Theatre in Cape Town and the Theatre on the Square in Johannesburg, with dancers Sean Bovim and Olga Nikitidis.
