Since then his television engagements have included presenting ''Citylife'' and the local versions of ''Fear Factor'' and ''Idols 2003''. His film roles have included ''Rodrigo'' in the local film version of ''Othello'', a security agent in ''Red Phone'', a college student in ''Citizen Verdict'' and that guy in the recruitment hall in the English film, ''Charlie''. Colin is also one of South Africa's headline stand up comics - he regularly plays in comedy clubs in London and is one of the founder members of ''Comedy Allstars'' (which operates the circuit in the Western Cape). Quoted from the programme of My Zinc Bed in 2005: '...he landed the role of Stuart Buller in the popular South African soap Isidingo (who later died a tragic death allowing Colin to move to Cape Town). Since then his television engagements have included presenting Citylife and the local versions of Fear Factor and Idols 2003. His film roles have included Rodrigo in the local film version of Othello, a security agent in Red Phone, a college student in Citizen Verdict and that guy in the recruitment hall in the English film, Charlie. Colin is also one of South Africa's headline stand up comics - he regularly plays in comedy clubs in London and is one of the founder members of Comedy Allstars (which operates the circuit in the Western Cape). He is presently in pre-production for another independent SA film called The Fire Within directed by Darryl Roodt. Colin is making a very welcome return to the realms of live theatre.'

He had a role in Fat Pig in 2012.
