A hilarious and hugely successful two-man piano show.
Translations and adaptations
Performance history in South Africa
1994: First produced by Mark West, directed by Alan Swerdlow and featuring Ian von Memerty and Bryan Schimmel. For the next 3 years the piece played over 300 performances to over 100 000 people. Setting and lighting by Denis Hutchinson.
2005: Revived with Roelof Colyn and Jeremy Quickfall, directed by Ian von Memerty.
Awards, etc.
Winner of a Vita Award (National) (musical theatre production of the year), 1995.
