Biography
Active in the industry since the age of 6, when he landed the lead in a national Opel Monza commercial. He grew up in the industry, with both his parents, At Botha and Annalise Bosch, being very successful actors.

He trained at the National School of the Arts

As actor
He has performed in many productions including Jack and the Beanstalk, Cinderella , the sold-out comedy hit Dames & Here directed by Lizz Meiring (2006) and the musical review Spoof Full of Sugar, directed by Malcolm Terrey at the Old Mutual Theatre on the Square. Pieter was also seen strutting his cabaret legs in the off-the-wall musical revue, Eat Me!, directed by Lionel Newton.
Pieter has recently (2013) returned to the stage in the highly successful 1 man comedy, Fully Committed, which has received rave reviews and sell-out shows in both Cape Town and Johannesburg.
As director
As a director, he has been responsible for Rapunzel, James and the Giant Peach, Pinocchio, Madiba Magic, Rooikappie, Liewe Heksie, Danny the Champion of the World, Wasgoed, The Witches and Little Blue Dress, starring Michelle Ayden and Neels Clasen. In 2009 Pieter directed the smash-hit Noises Off at the Breytenbach Theatre. A recent Joburg directing venture was Bed Hopping, a naughty-but-nice comedy written by Jessica Richards.
His physical theatre show, Hats, received much critical acclaim and has played to full houses at ten arts festivals since its premiere in 2009. Hats was commissioned to be presented in Afrikaans, as Hoedens, at the 2011 Klein Karoo Nasionale Kunstefees, and played to sold out houses at National Arts Festival in 2010 and 2012.
