An annual regional arts festival etablished in 2012 by the Nelisa Mzimela Legacy Foundation, it is a celebration of the local art scene within not only the Ntuzuma area, but also on a KwaProvincial level in Zulu-Natal, bringing drama, dance, physical theatre, comedy, opera, music, jazz, visual art exhibitions, film, student theatre, street theatre, lectures, craft fair, workshops and tours to the community of Ntuzuma. The Festival's cultural aims include encouraging local artists through projects such as the Headline Artist of the Year Award and the Zero Budget Filmmaker’s Workshop hosted by the Durban Film Office and Durban Motion Pictures. Its secondary aims are to establish a viable economic hub for local businesses in the area and promote tourism in the Inanda area.

The venue for the 4-day festival is the INK (Inanda Ntuzuma KwaMashu) Creative Centre in Ntuzuma Section A.

Nelisa Mzimela is the director of the Ntuzuma Arts Festival and The Nelisa Mzimela Legacy Foundation.
