Rooikaart ("Red card") is an Afrikaans South African one-man comedy. Wally Koekemoer, president of a small-town rugby club, presides over the annual prize-giving with most of his players absent and a few skeletons threatening to tumble out of the closet before the final whistle.

Written by Dana Snyman.* First publication not traced.* The play follows the success of Die uwe Pottie Potgieter, in which Frank Opperman had played the same kind of small-town figure.
Performance history in South Africa
2011: Staged at the US Woordfees, Stellenbosch, in the Spier Ouditorium on 7 and 8 March, as part of the Sanlam Dramafees. Directed by Gys de Villiers, performed by Frank Opperman as Wally Koekemoer.
