Performance history in South Africa
Premièred at the Grahamstown Festival in 1999, with David Butler as Bosman, directed by Nicky Rebelo.
The same production was subsequently staged in the Tesson Theatre at The Civic in September 1999, in the Momentum Theatre at the State Theatre in January 2000 and later at the KKNK 2000.
The same production, with David Butler as Bosman, directed by Nicky Rebelo, returned for another run at the Tesson Theatre at The Civic in May 2003, four years after the première performance.
