2--4: First performed at the KKNK in 2004, directed and produced by Albert Maritz with Neels Clasen, Floyed de Vaal and Johann Nel. The same production was subsequently staged at various venues, including at B.A.T. in Bellville, the Rittelfees, Centurion Teater, Pierneefteater in Pretoria, the Cheetah Festival in Otjiwarongo, Namibia, at Artscape and in the Durbanville Hoërskool Ouditorium.
