Biography
Studied for a teacher at the Oudtshoorn Teacher's Training College, the University of Stellenbosch and then did commercial art at the Cape Technical College. He taught at Jan van Riebeeck Primary School for 13 years and on Robben Island for 3 years.
Contribution to SA theatre, film, media and/or performance
He joined the Baxter Theatre as wardrobe and props controller in 1999. Shows include Hamlet (Baxter Theatre, 2005); Karoo Moose (Baxter Theatre,2009); The Tempest (Baxter Theatre, 2009); Vatmaar; Doubt; I Am My Own Wife (2009); Kat and the Kings (Fugard Theatre, 2012); Die Laaste Karretjiegraf, (Fugard Theatre, 2013), Playland (Fugard Theatre, 2014).
