Ethel London (19*- 1991). Schoolteacher, actress.

Contribution to SA theatre, film, media and/or performance

She was a co-founder (with her sister Zelma London and cousin Issy Goodman) of the East Rand Theatre Club (1944) which she helped to run for many years.

Starred in The Guinea Pig, directed by Taubie Kushlick in May 1948. It was staged in the Town Hall by the East Rand Theatre Club. She acted in The Good Woman of Setzuan, 1965.
