Biography
She has a Ph.D. in Literature from New York University and has worked as an archivist and rare books librarian. She taught literature and writing at Rhodes University and New York University, and worked in the editorial and publicity departments of the fine art photography publisher Aperture in New York. She is also a freelance writer and has published academic and critical papers on literary theory and contemporary photography. In 2005 she became the Managing Editor at David Krut Publishing, Johannesburg area.
