'n Pot Vol Winter can refer to a novel by Maretha Maartens, which has been adapted both as a play and as a film.
The novel
A novel for young people, about a teenager, traumatised by the pending divorce of her parents, seeks solace in a first sexual encounter with her boyfriend. She finds the sexual experience unpleasant and is driven by shame and fear of pregnancy to attempt suicide.
Published by Haum-Literêr in 1989.
