Iemand Om Voor Nag Te Sê ("Someone to say good night to") is an Afrikaans radio play by Chris Barnard (1939-2015).

The text

Written in 1964, for two characters. Rewritten for three characters in 1967, then drastically revised in 1971, before it was finally produced in 1973.

Published in Cape Town by Tafelberg Publishers, 1975

Performance history in South Africa

1973: Performed in the Breytenbach Theatre, Pretoria, and the Arena Theatre in Braamfontein by PACT, directed by Francois Swart, with Tine Balder, Siegfried Mynhardt and Louis van Niekerk (as "Man)".
