Valiant Swart (1965-) is a musician, folk and rock singer-songwriter, and actor.

Biography
Born Pierre Nolte, 25 November 1965 in Wellington, South Africa.
He took the stage name Valiant Swart, and s sometimes referred to as the "Mystic Boer", owing to the title of his first album.
Contribution to SA theatre, film, media and/or performance
Stage performances
He performed at the KKNK Festival in 1999 in Boertige Boerneef (en die Mystic Boer) doing verses of Boerneef set to music.
Film work
Has played a lead in the romantic TV series Song vir Katryn (2003).
Appeared as himself on the TV series Jam Sandwich (2008) and on the TV reality series Mooiloop! (2013).
