Biography
He is the son of the Afrikaans writer Riana Scheepers.
He was educated at Paul Roos Gymnasium in Stellenbosch and then studied at the University of Stellenbosch Drama Department in the 2000s, completing a B.A. Honours degree in Drama, specializing in playwriting and directing.
He co-authored a collection of writings by Riana Scheepers called Die vrou in die vuur with with her.
He works as an independent freelance theatremaker.
Contribution to SA theatre, film, media and/or performance
Theatre work
Besides a number of directing projects, he wrote a short play called Is Boos! (subtitled Meyer Versus) as an exercise for the creative writing module at University. In the same period he also wrote the text for and directed Prinsloo Versus, for which he was awarded the Jong Kanna for best performance in student theatre at the KKNK, 2004. The text published by Protea Books in 2009.
Other plays include Die Kind (a free adaptation of two stories by P.G. du Plessis),

Scriptwriter on the TV series, Binnelanders since 2005.
Festivals
