Mr Brooks (fl 1860s) was an actor.

F.C.L. Bosman (1980) also refers to a Sydney Brooks on page 201, but it would seem this is an error, for the programme printed on pages 195-9 clearly has two individual names: "Mr Sydney" and "Mr Brooks". The reference should most probably have included a comma, to read "Sydney, Brooks en E.Turner"
