Sout ("Salt") is a play by Jean Meiring ()

The original text

A set of monologues by female characters of varying ages and backgrounds.

First performed in 2002, twice in Belgium as part of a cultural exchange under the auspices of the Vlaams Zuid-Afrikaanse Cultuur Stichting[1] and once at the Friends House[2] in London.

The text (dated 2007) published in in South Africa and internationally on the LitNet-dramaspens in 2021.
