A dramatised reading ("voordrag" in Dutch and Afrikaans) of a piece called Jan Onverschillig ("John Careless") was done by Jan F.E. Celliers (1865-1940)[1] at a meeting of the Rederykerskamer Onze Taal in Pretoria in 1893.

Nothing is known about the text, but it was possibly an early and unpublished piece by Celliers himself.
