My Uncle's Will is a comedietta, in one act by S. Theyre Smith (fl. 1860s-1870s).
Also found as Uncle's Will. Both titles appear in the 1880 edition of the Samuel French text for example. The author's name is sometimes found as "S. Theyre-Smith" or "Spenser Theyre-Smith".

The original text
First performed at the Haymarket Theatre, London in April of 1873. Published in London and New York by Samuel French, (French's minor drama, Acting edition no. 334, 1874) and 1880, and Walter H Baker & Co, 1890.

Performance history in South Africa
1884-5: Performed as Uncle's Will by the Henry Harper Company in the new Theatre Royal, Cape Town, as part of Henry Harper's first season as lessee and manager of the venue.
