Biography
Born and raised in western Canada and studied creative writing at the University of British Columbia. After a short period in South Africa, she returned to Canada in 1991 to settle in Toronto and continue her career as playwright. In 1997 she became a Stott Pilates teacher, and - starting in 2001- began to publish the bestselling Pilates on the Ball series. This has since been translated into six languages. She has also written novels.
