Sergeant Vincent Borcher (fl. mid 19th century) was a British soldier in the 99th Regiment (Lanarkshire), and an amateur performer.

While stationed in Cape Town in the years 1868-1869, he was a founding member of the Lanarkshire Dramatic Club and a hardworking performer.
