Lieutenant Moir (fl. mid 19th century) was a British military officer in the 99th Regiment (Lanarkshire), and an amateur performer.

While stationed in Cape Town in the years 1868-1869, he helped out with performances of the Lanarkshire Dramatic Club. A competent dancer and actor.
