He has academic qualifications in Business Psychology, Economics, Marketing Management, Engineering. He later decided to make his hobby of amateur dramatics his career and has since had roles in television productions such as Kampus, Mannheim Sage, Cul de Sac. He played roles in both Boetie films and in Van der Merwe P.I.
